Melissa A. Smith, PhD is an alumna of the Human Factors & Applied Cognition program at George Mason University.

Melissa R. Scheldrup is a doctoral student in the Human Factors & Applied Cognition program at George Mason University.

Stephanie Tulk is a doctoral student in the Human Factors & Applied Cognition program at George Mason University.

The Usabilathon team believes that the human factor is critical in designing, developing, and implementing any system. The founding team developed the Usabilathon concept to improve awareness of human factors in both traditional and nontraditional settings while providing an outlet for up and coming HF and UX professionals to showcase their skills and abilities.
